This ministry focuses on people newly registered to our parish by phoning to welcome them, answer any questions and invite them to activities and ministries. Our hope is to foster a spirit of hospitality and inclusion, and gain from the many gifts and experiences that new members bring.
Dr. Paul Ford leads this group in reading, studying and reflecting on the upcoming Sunday's Old and New Testament readings. Learning about the readings' cultural and historical context, what they mean, and how they impact our lives as we prepare ourselves for Sunday liturgy. Through reflecting on the Holy Scripture, we can better understand the good news message of Jesus Christ and how He is present in our lives.
