Many friendly faces are needed to welcome everyone to our beautiful sanctuary at the weekend Masses. This sets the tone and opens our hearts for liturgies that, for a brief time, seem to suspend the distance between heaven and earth as we join with our Catholic family to welcome Jesus into our very selves.

Ushers welcome us as we arrive to worship, help us find our way around the worship space into comfortable seats, facilitate our processions (especially at Communion), and hand out worship aids and bulletins. They also help us be responsible stewards by taking up the collection at the liturgy.
