Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb.

We invite you to the Mass followed by fellowship and food at the bell tower. Muffins, juice, and coffee in the morning and ice cream in the evening.

The Church highly reveres Mary. This holy day celebrates our belief that Mary, when the course of her earthly life was completed, was taken up body and soul into heaven. In heaven, she already shares in the glory of her son's resurrection. (Catechism of the Catholic Church, 974)

What does this mean for us? This teaching gives us hope that, like Mary, we will live forever with the risen Jesus. Everything that is possible for Mary is possible for us!
