Padre Serra Parish may use your photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted by Padre Serra Parish including but not limited to: bulletins, brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, e-newsletters, magazines, television, website, social media, etc.
Individuals (minors and adults) in photographs on website or other publications for general purposes will not be identified by name.
Padre Serra Parish reserves the right to take candid community or group shots in which individuals, including minors, are featured and include them in parish communication tools (i.e. newsletters, website, bulletins, etc.) without requiring the written consent of each person in the shot.   
Any individual or parent who sees him/herself or his/her child in a photo and would like it removed may contact the church office at (805) 482·6417 or [email protected] to request the photograph’s removal from future publications.
