St. Maximilian Kolbe Parish in Westlake offers SHINE (Singles Having Inspirational New Experiences), a multi-parish social ministry for women and men age 40+ who are divorced, widowed, and never married, and who are Catholic or interested in the Catholic faith. A typical month includes:
  • First Thursday: Planning Session – fun gathering to share a meal and ideas for choosing upcoming events and locations
  • Third Friday: Happy Hour – meet at a local venue to relax, socialize, and enjoy each other's company
  • Last Saturday: Dinner – fun-filled evening of international food and drink
  • Plus other events and outings!
