A new ministry at Padre Serra...
  • Pro-LOVE is different from pro-life in that it is not a position as much as an action.
  • We want the Church to be one of the first places a woman turns to when she has an unplanned pregnancy.
  • We want to provide a safe place of love, support, faith, freedom, and healing.
  • We want to help connect her (and those who love her) with resources and fully inform her (and those who love her) of available options
  • We want to LOVE young women and men experiencing a surprise pregnancy.
Our first action was a Share the Love event to assemble Love Boxes, a gift box for a young woman considering her options containing a letter of hope, resources for a support group, and other surprises. The packages will be available in our parish and at Life Centers. Your helping hands and/or financial contributions are appreciated.
