Helping Homeless Families Help Themselves.

The mission of RAIN Communities, Inc. (RCI) is to provide support to homeless families, especially women and children, with the goal of helping them be safely housed and on a path to independence. This includes funding for groceries, transportation, rent and utility assistance, auto repairs, diapers, school supplies, and much more. RCI works with homeless service providers in Ventura County, including the  Human Service Agency of the County of Ventura to provide transitional housing in motels and site leased apartments.
